The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were wonderful and helpful. While the air conditioning didn't cool the whole apartment to 22 degrees as expected, the overall experience was fantastic with brilliant staff and entertainment. Looking forward to the rest of our stay!

I had the most memorable stay at this hotel! The rooms were so clean and towels/bedding changed regularly, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the packed television was a bit of a downside, the entertainment more than made up for it day and night.

After the renovation, the rooms are spacious with great food this year. The staff, especially Halil from the entertainment team, are brilliant, making our stay fantastic.
